*This pricing is for interior & exterior window cleaning for single level homes. Mark exterior only if you don’t want interior windowpanes cleaned.

*2 and 3 story windows will have additional charges of an extra $2 per second floor window, and an extra $4 per 3rd story window (please inform us if your home is 2 or 3 stories so we can give you the correct pricing on official quote)

*When counting french panes/cut ups count each individual square, NOT ENTIRE WINDOW!

*Larger than average (10ft+ tall) slider doors are 4$ more per slider.

*Excessively dirty windows (as show above) will be subject to extra charges.

*While we do our best to clean the tracks perfectly, some staining/stubborn, stuck on dirt may not come out all the way.

*Tracks cannot be cleaned on exterior only window cleanings.

*To properly count slider tracks, count 1 track per slider door (3 slider doors on one track = 3 tracks)

*This pricing does not include Hardwater stain removal, new construction window cleaning, or cleaning/washing of the frames.

*Hardwater staining has to be assessed in person for accurate pricing.
